Functions 

Phase the bottle before applying the label to prevent it from being affixed to the glass welds. Useful to ensure a consistent final result and quality packaging.

Bottle Phasing system

System based on Quinti FLIS (Flavored Liquid Injection System) technology that allows flavors to be injected into the bottle via a peristaltic pump, the quantity of which can be set via touchscreen. 
As soon as the filling phase has been completed, with the main nozzles raised, a special nozzle comes out of the machine bulkhead and injects a dose of aromatic liquid. This system allows not to contaminate the filling line.

Flavors Doser

The electro-pneumatic nozzles with AOX technology protect the product from oxidation before filling. Note: Installable during order only.

Second Bottle Phasing system

The inkjet printer is designed for horizontal print areas, and it is versatile enough for adding more texts than the date and production lot. Upon request, the printer can be installed for vertical printing.

Manual blow molding machine

This one-headed automatic labeling machine with a single reel is designed to apply self-adhesive double-sided or wrap-around labels for cylindrical or truncated-conical bottles.

Truncated-conical labeler

Vacuum filling system that operates without the need of a product tank, helping in changing the type of oil to be bottled without hassles. The High Vacuum Filling ensures little waste of liquid and an easier cleaning experience. The electro-pneumatic nozzles are equipped with an anti-drip system and can be optionally equipped with AOX technology for deaerating and blowing inert gas into the bottle before filling.

High vacuum filling

The caps are oriented and aligned by means of an automatic feeding system. A special sensor informs the operator if the cap has been correctly inserted or if it is out of phase. It's easy to change the type of caps, for example, from screw cap to anti-refill; just replace the twist cap on the power supply and choose the desired type from the touchscreen thanks to Quinti TDIO (Two Done In One) technology.

Screw capping

Date and batch printer designed for horizontal printing areas. Upon request, the printer can be installed for vertical printing.

Thermal printer

It is designed for shrink-heat capsules, and it includes the dispenser, a thermal closing head, and the capsule plateau. The temperature of the thermal head can be set from the touchscreen to ensure a constant and predictable shrinking. It is also possible to tune the thermal head residence time on bottlenecks for special capsules with metallic lettering.

Thermal encapsulator

A system that applies double-sided labels from two separate reels to multiple types and shapes of bottles. The plate that contains the bottle along the conveyor belt ensures that it is always in phase to be labeled for a consistent label positioning.

Square labeler

The unloading area is a bottle accumulation table that, together with the loading area, allows the operator to manage the entire machinery and not just part of the process.
