Diamond Oil

Powered by the customer with the desired gas, it allows the automatic blowing of 4 bottles at a time. Housed inside the main machine body, it is compact and features fully automatic height adjustment. The brushless motor reduces vibration and power consumption, as well as achieving greater speed

Automatic Blow Molding machine

A vacuum filling system that eliminates the need for a product tank, making it easier to change the type of oil being bottled. This ensures minimal liquid waste and easier cleaning. The electro-pneumatic nozzles are equipped with an anti-drip system and can be optionally equipped with AOX technology for deaeration and inert gas injection into the bottle during filling, also protecting the recovered oil from oxidation.

Filling (4 nozzles)

The caps are oriented using an automatic feeding system. The position of the cap feeder has been designed to facilitate loading. A suction cup then correctly positions the cap in the bottle. At the next station, the cap is threaded or pressed in, depending on the type.

Capping

It allows empty bottles to be loaded onto a loading table and then fed onto the machine's conveyor belt. This allows the operator to manage the machine alone.

Loading area

Designed for shrink-wrapped capsules, it includes a capsule dispenser, thermal sealing head, and capsule tray. The thermal head temperature can be set via touchscreen and managed to ensure consistent heat shrinking. For special capsules and those with metallic writing, it's possible to manage not only the temperature but also the length of time the thermal head remains on the bottle neck for optimal capsule management.

Encapsulator

Bottle accumulation table at the exit. It picks up bottles from the conveyor and inserts them directly into the previously positioned boxes.

Unloading and boxing

Square labeler

Intermediate

Automatic single-head labeling machine for a single reel, designed to apply self-adhesive labels on both sides or wrap-around, for cylindrical or conical bottles. Equipped with automatic homing and self-learning functions. Label format changeover is automated and can be recalled via touchscreen recipes.

Truncated-conical labeler

Labelling machine designed for IGP/DOP labels or stamps to be applied to the neck of the bottle.
